About Alain TORCAT - CEO
From entrepreneur to President of Boots' International Division
Gaining a very strong interest in international matters, stemming from being raised in the very cosmopolitan city of Cannes, Alain Torcat initially worked in the retail sector. After graduating from INSEAD, he created in the 90's a successful company specialized in helping hundreds of selective beauty,dermocosmetic, and perfume brands to initially expand in Asia and later on in North America as well as Eastern Europe.
As a President in charge of the international division for Boots, Alain established Boots internationally, and especially in North America among other markets. Alain has directly dealt with leading worldwide retailers such as Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Ulta, Sephora, L’Etoile, Watsons, Boots, Shoppers Drugmart and many others.
2007 : back to CEO, creation of World Beauty Experts
Today, as the founder and CEO of World Beauty Experts, he works internationally with more than 250 brands covering all categories, marketing concepts and price points. They are from all over the world: Europe, USA, China, India...
