Instead, we find the most suitable distributor for your brand and work towards maximizing operations. Our goal is to help brands succeed in a global marketplace.
Although our core focus is on the international development of beauty brands by introducing them to the most suitable distributors, we also work with clients in the hygiene, home fragrance, and food supplement sectors. We implement the operations with the selected distributor and provide reporting. However kindly note that our services do not include manufacturing, invoicing nor training.
We do not offer pure marketing or registration services, nor do we assess brands for acquisition. However, we are fully committed to the success of your brand in new markets by liaising you with relevant contacts . We also search for suitable buyers for our partner brands.
1. We analyze your brand, including its strategy, concept, and product range.
2. We identify the most suitable distributor and organize private and common meetings as necessary, with a view to obtaining a successful agreement between both parties.
3. The contract is signed directly between your brand and the distributor. We implement the operations, provide reporting and organize monthly meetings with the three parties. This timeframe can be modified when deemed necessary.
We choose the distributor based on your brand's potential and ambition, taking into consideration its strengths and weaknesses.
We work purely on a commission basis. No fees nor fixed amounts are charged during the prospection phase nor after the commercial relationship with the distributor.

On our end, we will seek in depth understanding of your brand, its positioning and current international development stage. We will discuss your ambition considering some of your possible constraints.
As we operate with a standard contract, we will send it across prior to our next meeting.
Once our common contract is signed, our team will ask for some marketing material (brand presentation,product catalogue, positioning map) as well as some key brand information to ensure they make the strongest impact while presenting your brand to potential buyers. The information requested by the end consumer and therefore by the distributor varies from country to country.
